Hello and welcome to the Toronto-based Froz’n Motion “About Us” page.
My name is Cameron and I’ve been taking people pictures for as long as I can remember. It’s just something I’ve always done and, after all this time, I still love doing it more than anything else in the world. Believe it or not, I still get little butterflies before every shoot.
My job as a photographer is a simple one: to make you look awesome.
That’s it.
It is a simple job and I do it very well.
I think I know why you are here - because, just like you, I’m one of those guys who believes that photographs really matter. I’ve always believed that a great photograph is a great photograph for no other reason than it reflects exactly who you were when the shutter clicks. And that’s important because you will never look exactly like you did on the day of your shoot. Your lover, your spouse, your parents or even your children will never look like that again, either. And heck, who knows? There is a chance that none of you will ever be in the same room together ever again!
So yeah, photographs do matter. On so many levels, photographs add nuance and depth to the experience of living. Life is fleeting and photographs are the one thing that allows you to hold on to a small fragment of the past, and if you don’t seize it now, it’s gone forever.
And that is what a professional photographer is for – to capture those precious moments cell-phone selfies just aren’t able to do.
And that’s where I come in.
My shoots are a lot of fun – relaxed, creative and totally spontaneous – my main goal is to get you to open up, to feel comfortable in front of the camera, and to thoroughly enjoy the whole experience of being photographed. I’ve always known that when you start laughing, the nervous jitters disappear and, without even noticing, you become that awesome subject in my photos. And you will see it, too.
Over the years, I’ve photographed just about everything that can possibly be photographed – people, pets, weddings, engagements, birthdays, anniversaries, head-shots, boudoir, maternity and newborns, and on and on the list goes. I’ve even shot store-openings, baptisms and funerals.
I’ve travelled extensively all over the world taking photos and 5 of my photos won top honours in the 2009 City of Toronto Photography Contest.
I’ve had an incredible voyage throughout my life with photography and I’ve loved every single minute of it. Whatever your needs are, I’m confident I can fulfil them for you.
